Temple Emanuel Beverly Hills is a recently refurbished icon of Modernism in Beverly Hills, and the first religious building designed by prolific architect Sidney Eisenshtat. At the direction of famed Architect Mark Rios, the remodeling project in 2010 was meant to evoke feelings of inclusion and unity within the circular rooms and open-to-the-sky, tent-like structures. Completed in 1953, their Corwin Family Sanctuary reflects Eisenshtat’s belief that synagogues should be horizontal rather than vertical because God dwells among the people with no intermediary.
In the heart of Beverly Hills, Temple Emanuel features nine newly renovated premier event spaces. They welcome a wide variety of events, and there are options to utilize more than one space within the property per day. The Greer Social Hall and the Corwin Family Sanctuary serve as the most favored selections. It can accommodate up to 600 people banquet style, and includes foyer, courtyard, a 24 x 28′ white dance floor, and a 50×20’ stage.
Temple Emanuel welcomes outside vendors and allows clients to make their room rental payments online.
